摘要
现阶段档案学界关于档案管理人员素质理论研究存在的3种重要缺陷,是档案管理人员选聘和培养缺乏科学性和可操作性的根本原因。基于"冰山模型"的档案管理人员素质模型有助于解决这一问题。基于"冰山模型"的档案管理人员素质模型构建路径:价值层面,需要组织上下的重视;操作层面,需要确立优秀档案管理人员素质标准,选取效标样本,收集并整理样本,丰富档案管理人员冰山素质模型假设,验证并补充档案管理人员冰山素质模型假设。
Atpresent, the archivist quality theory research has three major deficiencies, which are the reason for the lack of scientificand operational nature in the archivist's selection and cultivation Thearchivist quality model based on the "Iceberg Model" can solve thisproblem. The approach is to arouse the attention to it on the part of all thepeople in the organization from the perspective of value and to make standards for excellent archivistquality from the perspective of operation by selecting the criterion sample andcollecting and collate samples to enrich hypothesis of archivist iceberg qualitymodet and validate and complement the model.
