流化床除尘器在苇浆厂备料车间的应用

Application of Fluidized Bed Dedustor in Raw Material Preparation Room of Pulp Mill

介绍了以芦苇为原料的制浆厂备料车间的除尘现状，分析了粉尘的性质。采用流化床除尘技术对备料车间的除尘系统进行了改造。生产应用表明，该技术运行可靠，除尘效率达９９％。

This article introduces the dedusting conditions of raw material preparation room of pulp mill at present and the property of the fluidized bed dedustor.Based on the experimental results,the fluidized bed dedustor was applied in the dedusting system of a reed raw material preparation room.The dust removal rate of the dedustor is 99% .Its operation is very reliable.
