在介绍卡米尔连续蒸煮系统从60年代的传统蒸煮器,发展到今天的低固形物蒸煮的基础上,论述了卡米尔连续蒸煮器发展和改进的主要方面,即木片汽蒸、药液分布、木片柱压实、过程化学和测量仪表。
The continuous digester today is very different from the 1960’s and 70’s design.The understanding of how the chips behave in a digester has developed and the digester design has been changed accordingly.Developments of cooking technology have made digester operation better.Key improvements are chip steaming,chip level measurement and liquor distribution systems.MCC,EMCC and low solids cooking have improved pulp quality.Nowadays the digester capacity has exceeded 2000t/d using a single digester vessel.
