摘要
根据助焊剂的研究现状,文章对助焊剂各主要成分的作用进行了介绍,主要阐述了其中活性成分的作用及机理,并对助焊剂性能改进提高的方法及方向进行了归纳和展望。
The functions of fluxes＇components are introduced, according to the current research on flux. The active agents＇functions and mechanisms are summarized in details. At last, the methods on improving the properties of flux are indicated, the development trends of flux are pointed out.
