摘要 华能石洞口二厂超临界机组投产初期 ,因设计及设备本身等原因 ,曾发生过调节级叶片断裂、低压缸效率低、悬吊管扭曲变形、过热器出口联箱联接短管裂纹等问题 ,经进行了大量的研究改进后 ,使之一一解决。整套机组与华东地区同容量的亚临界机组比较 ,其可靠性、经济性、可调性、可维护性均具有明显的优势。 In the early period after commisioning of the supercritical pressure power generating units in Haoneng Shi Dongkou pwer plant some probems happened pecause of oversight in designing or manufacture such as blade breakage in the turbine control stage,low efficiency of LP turbine,deformation of platen superheater,cracking on the connecting tube to the outlet collector of superheater.All of the problems have been solved as result of a lot of moderization.Now these supercrifical pressure units have the obvious advantage over the subcritical pressure units with the same eapacity in reliablility,cconomy and controllability.
