摘要 采用MPI(Moldflow Plastic Insight)模拟分析软件对电器盒塑料制件的浇口位置和浇口数目进行计算机模拟分析,优化了模具的浇口位置及数量,提高了塑料制件的成型质量,减少了试模时间.研究结果表明:采用MPI优化设计能够显著提高产品的质量与工作效率,模具采用侧抽芯结构,填充时间为0.86s,充填结束时的压力设定为75MPa时,能够获得很好的产品质量. The computer-simulated analysis software MPI was used to analyze the gate location and the different gate amount of the electrical box and optimize the gate location in the mould. The design could enhance the quality of plastic products and reduce the time of trying mould. The research results show that the MPI optimized design can improve the product quality. The good quality of products can be obtained with the technological conditions such as the side core pulling structure, 0.86s of filling time,75MPa of the end filling pressure
