摘要
介绍使用温度1800℃的小型高温梭式窑,可用于科研实验及一些小型制品的烧成,如将关键技术移植可用于大型梭式窑。其主要特点是使用轻质高温耐火材料窑墙厚度低于200mm,先进的余热回收利用技术,空气预热温度达500℃,1600℃以上升温速率可达80℃/h以上,使用预混式调温高速烧嘴实现先进的二次燃烧技术,燃烧产物中NOX生成量较低,有利于对环境的保护。
A small shuttle kiln at operating temperature of 1 800 ℃is developed for scientific experiments and sintering of small parts, and its key technologies can be applied in large shuttle kilns. Main features of the kiln are the adopting light high temperature refractory materials and advanced waste heat recovery technology, preheating air up to 500 ℃ , heating up rate more than 80 ℃/h at higher than 1 600 ℃. Secondary combustion is realized with premixing and temperature adjustable high velocity burners. Meantime NO X contents after combustion are rather low ,it is beneficial to environment protection.
