心元胶囊对冠心病患者高敏C反应蛋白和心电图的影响

Effects of Xinyuan capsule on high sensitivity C-reactive protein and electrocardiogram in coronary heart disease

目的观察心元胶囊对冠心病高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和心电图的影响。方法采用自身对照观察99例冠心病患者服用心元胶囊前后hs-CRP、心绞痛症状及全身症状改善情况。以4周为1个疗程,3个疗程后统计疗效。结果hs-CRP由(20.39±8.42)mg/L改善为(6.37±2.21)mg/L,与治疗前相比均有显著性差异(P<0.01);心元胶囊治疗心绞痛总有效率为93.94%,心电图总有效率达到76.8%。结论心元胶囊对冠心病疗效明显,明显降低CRP,且无任何毒副作用。

Objective To study the effects of Xinyuan capsule on high sensitivity C-reactive protein and electrocardiogram in coronary heart disease. Methods 99 patients with coronary heart disease were treated with Xinyuan capsule for 20 weeks. The high sensitivity C-reactive protein, angina pectoris, symptoms were observed before and after Xinyuan capsule. Results The total efficient rate of angina pectoris, electrocardiogram and high sensitivity C-reactive protein after Xinyuan capsule treatment improved, compared with that before （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Xinyuan capsule can reduce high sensitivity C-reactive protein in coronary heart disease.
