特异性标志物在小儿病毒性心肌炎中的检测价值

CTnT,hs-CRP and CK-MB in diagnosis of children viral myocarditis

目的探讨特异标志物血清心肌肌钙蛋白T(CTnT)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)联合检测对小儿病毒性心肌炎(VMC)的诊断价值。方法将108例患儿分为VMC组及正常对照组,各54例,分别检测患者的CTnT、hs-CRP、和CK-MB的水平。结果VMC组CTnT、hs-CRP、和CK-MB水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗两周后CTnT、hs-CRP、和CK-MB水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论联合应用CTnT、hs-CRP、和CK-MB进行检测,能更准确诊断VMC。

Objective The purpose of the study was to evaluate the diagnostic value of co-detecting serum CTnT, hs-CRP and CK-MB on children viral myocarditis. Method 108 patients were randomly divided into VMC group （54 cases） and control group （54 cases）. The serum CTnT, hs-CRP and CK-MB were detected. Result The levels of CTnT, hs-CRP and CK-MB in VMC group were much higher than those in control group （P〈0.05）. After 2 weeks treatment, the levels of CTnT, hs-CRP and CK-MB obviously decreased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Co-detection of serum levels of CTnT, hs-CRP and CK-MB can accurately diagnosis VMC.
