摘要
目的评估左心室长轴缩短率(Longitudinal fractional shortening,LFS)在评价左室收缩功能中的临床应用价值。方法对177例受检者分别采用双平面Simpson法测定左心室射血分数(LVEF)并用斑点追踪技术计算LFS。利用线性回归分析二者相关性,并比较二者测值的重复性。结果LFS与双平面Simpson法测定的LVEF存在明显的线性关系(r=0.839,P=0.000),并且LFS测量的重复性较好。LFS诊断心功能降低(LVEF<50%)的敏感性、特异性分别为87.1%和92.2%。观察者内与观察者间的变异率分别为(4.1±5.7)%和(4.7±6.4)%。结论LFS能准确、敏感的评估左室的收缩功能,且测量的重复性较好,有很好的临床应用前景。
Objective To evaluate the clinic application of longitudinal fractional shortening (LFS) on left ventricular function. Methods 177 consecutive patients were enrolled. Routine echocardiography was performed and LFS was calculated with speckle tracking method. The relation between LFS and LVEF were analyzed by linear regression. All echo variables were measured repeatedly by an independent sonographer to evaluate their reproducibilities. Results Our study showed a significant correlation between LVLFS and LVEF (r=0. 878, P=0. 000). The specificity and sensitivity (LVEF 〈 50%) were 92.2% and 87.1%, respectively. Intra-and inter-observer variability was (4. 1±5.7) % and (4. 7 4±6.4) %, respectively, Conclusion There is an obvious linear relationship between the LFS and LVEF. LFS is a valuable index of evaluating left ventricular systolic function, because of sensitivity, accuracy and repeatability.
