《开普敦公约》对我国民航业经济性影响分析 被引量:1

An Analysis on the Economic Impact on China's Civil Aviation from the Cape Town Convention

摘要 《开普敦公约》创立了航空器的国际利益,便利航空器的国际交易。以境外融资租赁为航空器主要引进方式的中国民航业,将会由于《开普敦公约》的实施而受益。加入《开普敦公约》将有利于拓展我国航空公司的融资渠道,有效降低飞机融资成本,优化航空公司资本结构。融资成本的降低,进而会由于竞争产生票价降低、服务范围扩大、服务质量提高、航空消费者福利增加,有利于提高我国航空运输业的总体规模和效益水平。 Cape Town Convention initiates the international interest concerning aircrafts and facilitates the international transactions of aircrafts and equipments. China' s civil aviation industry, which operates mainly through foreign finance in the leasing of aircrafts and feel expansion, will benefit from the Convention when it comes into force in China. Our membership in the Conven- tion will help China's airline companies to extend their financing manners, reduce their cost of introducing aircrafts, and optimize their capital structure. With a reduction in financing cost and the aftermath drop of air fares, more quality services and an increase in air consumer's welfare, the Convention will enhance the overall scale and efficiency of the industry in China.
