摘要
制备了聚烯烃载体硅胶,在制备过程中对SiO2质量浓度、稳定剂、反应温度、pH值、老化时间进行了优化,并在5.0m3反应釜中进行了稳定性试验。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:以W-3作为稳定剂,反应体系SiO2质量浓度7.0~9.5g/L,反应温度60~80℃,粒子增长pH值8.5~9.5,老化时间5~6h。在以上工艺条件下,于5.0m3反应釜中所制备的硅胶性能及用此硅胶负载制得催化剂的性能均与美国Grace公司Davison955产品相当。
The silica gel carrier for polyolefin catalyst was prepared,the mass concentration of silica,stabilizing agent,reaction temperature,pH value,aging time were optimized,and the stability test was conducted in a 5m3 reactor. The results showed that the optimal conditions were:with W-3 as stabilizer,mass concentration of silica in the reaction system 7.0-9.5g/L,reaction temperature 60-80℃,pH value 8.5-9.5 and aging time 5-6h. Under the above conditions,the properties of obtained silica gel and its supported catalyst were similar to those of Davison 955 of Grace Company.
