Analysis and countermeasures for operation problems of continuous reforming unit

介绍了中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司120万t/a连续重整装置运行情况,对装置运行中出现的重整催化剂结焦,重整进料板式换热器冷侧压降异常,预加氢反应器压降增大,重整氢增压机凝汽器冷却效果不佳等问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。

The running situation of continuous reforming unit in Hainan Refining and Chemical Co Ltd was introduced. The operation problems such as reforming catalyst coking,unusual pressure drop of plate heat interchanger for feedstock,pressure drop rising of pre-hydrogenater and poor cooling effect of condenser of hydrogen booster were analyzed and the corresponding measures were proposed.
