关于建立中小企业融资长效机制的探讨

近年来,社会各界在解决中小企业融资难问题上已采取了许多措施,取得了一定的成效,但总体上缺少持续性的效果。在对中小企业进行科学分类的基础上,区分性质采取相应的支持措施,才是当前建立符合中国国情的中小企业融资机制的主要工作目标。本文在分析中小企业融资现状及融资难问题的基础上,对中小企业进行科学分类,并针对性地提出了建立中小企业融资长效机制的思路。

In recent years, a number of measures have been taken to resolve the difficulties in the issue of SME financing. Although we have been obtained certain achievements, the recent mechanism lacks the continuous effect. At present, building on the basis of scientific classification, distinguishing the character and taking corresponding measures to support the financing of SME are regarded as the main objective of establishing financing mechanisms for SME in accordance with China＇s national conditions.
