摘要
时至今日,由集资房买卖引发的纠纷仍不断在各地发生并不时被纠纷当事人诉至法院。文章关注近年来在司法实践中较常见的集资房买卖纠纷,透析这些纠纷的法律风险并向购房者提示防范对策。
An increasing number of dispute related to houses built with funds collected by the buyers take place continuously, and the majority of which has been resorted to courts. This paper focuses on the frequently-occurred lawsuits, presenting the legal risk as welt as offering the effective measures.
