摘要
由于双螺杆挤出造粒机组的齿轮传动箱的输出轴的中心距受到双螺杆中心距的限制,中心距不能太大,则需要采用分流合流传动方式,用以实现小中心距大功率、大扭矩传动。分流合流传动的关键是保证两支流的载荷尽可能一致,对齿轮支承形式和支承轴直径对分流合流传动均载的影响进行了详细的分析,结果表明小轴径长且悬臂的支承结构对传动系统的均载是有利的。
Owing to the restrictions imposed by the center-to-center spacing of a twin screw extruder on the centerto-center spacing of the output shaft, the center-to-center spacing of a gear box must be small. In this study, the detach-coalition transmission mode was adopted for a gear transmission system with a heavy load and small centerto-center spacing. The key to the detach-coalition transmission is load uniformity. The influence of different factors on load uniformity was analyzed and the effect of the detach-coalition transmission is enhanced when the length of shaft increases and the diameter of the shaft decreases.
