摘要 从复杂网络的角度对免疫系统因子-蛋白网络进行了实证研究。采用二分图及其投影的方法来描述因子-蛋白合作网,得到了平均距离、平均集群系数、集群系数分布、度分布、项目度分布、项目大小分布等统计性质,并根据这些统计性质进行了分析。结论表明这种复杂网络描述有助于发现和理解因子蛋白网络的一些新特性。 This article reports an empirical investigation on the Cytokine-Protein Network. We analyzed the Cytokine-Protein cooperation network by bi-partite graph and their projection,and obtained the statistical properties, such as the averaged distance, averaged clustering coefficient, distribution of the clustering coefficients, degree distribution, act degree distribution, and act size distribution. Aanalysis have been made based on the statistical discussions. The conclusion is that this complex network description may be helpful for finding and understanding some new properties of such systems.
