摘要 纳氏试剂光度法是目前测定水体中氨氮的最好方法,本人经过长期的研究和实践,对纳氏试剂光法测定氨氮的操作过程,总结出了一套切实可行的操作步骤,同时对方法中纳氏试剂的配制方法、试剂用水的要求、样品测定静止时间等一系列问题进行了改进,提高了工作质量和工作效率。 The natrium reagent luminosity law is the best method that determines the ammonia-nitrogen in the w.ate_r body at present .Through the long-term research and the practice,I summarized a set of useful and practical operation steps in measuring process. Meanwhile,I study the method carefully in natrium reagent configuration .Pointing to the request of reagent water used ,the time of sample determination static and other series of questions ,I have made much improvement and much progress. Not only improving the work quallty, but also enhanced the working efficiency.
