摘要
装配压力是阀控密封铅酸蓄电池生产的重要参数。用对比试验的方法,研究了极群装配压力对电池性能的影响。试验表明:增加极群装配压力,1)过充电时可较快形成密封反应,有效降低水耗;2)循环寿命有所提高;3)对初期20h率容量影响不大,大电流放电容量略有降低。因此,在一定压力范围内,增加装配压力,有利于蓄电池性能提高。
Assmbling pressure of elements was important technical parameter in making valve-regulated lead - acid batteries. The influence of assmbling pressure on battery performance were studied through comparative tests. Results showed that when assmbling pressure of elements was increased 1)it could speed up recombination duing overcharge so it could decrease water loss 2) the cycle - life was improved,3)the initial 20hr rate capacity was slightly changed and the high rate capacity was slightly decreased. Therefore it could improve battery performance by increasing assmbling pressure within certain rang of compression.
