有机添加剂在铅酸蓄电池中的应用研究

摘要 本文用循环伏安法、X—射线衍射、电镜扫描测试等方法,研究了某有机物添加剂对铅酸蓄电池正极放电性能和电极微观结构的影响。结果表明,该添加剂的使用可以使正极在低倍率放电条件下活性物质的利用卒提高13%~18%,在高倍率放电条件下活性物质的利用率约提高9%~12%;电极的孔率提高6%~8%,电极微孔分布均匀;正极活性物质中β—PbO_2的含量升高而a—PbO_2的含量降低。 Discharge performance and microstructure of positive plate was studied by using techniques including cyclic-voltammogram. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron micrograph. The experimental results showed that the organic additives could elevate utilization of positive active mass by 13%~18% at low rate discharge condition. Porosity of the active mass was increased by 6%~8% by the addition of the organic additives. Furthermore,content of β-PbO2 in the active mass was increased relatively.
