摘要
本文对北京郊区居住区规划中低层高密度、多层和小高层较低密度三种类型的住区实例进行分析,提出适宜农村城镇化与城乡一体化的新农村居住区规划模式。
This article analysis the residence of lowrise, multi-storey and sub high-rise, the three modes of residential planning in the small-town and village construction in Beijing and brings forward the new planning mode which is suitable for urbanization of rural and urban-rural integration.
