国际大变局,中国怎么办被引量：2

摘要当前的国际社会正处在大变动、大调整、大改组的转折时期。近现代厉电以来，这种“变局”只出现过三次：15世纪前后西方世界的崛起；19世纪末美国的崛起；目前全球多极格局正在加速形成。
