摘要
近年国内大力开展输电线路增容运行研究以提高输电线路输送容量,研究范围主要集中在线路正常运行条件下,可是在电网基建检修、事故应急等特殊情况下,输电线路同样存在增容运行需求。广东在开展架空线路正常增容研究基础上,对线路特殊增容可行性进行研究,通过计算架空线路在特殊增容载流下的弧垂变化和特殊增容运行要求的最小跨距,确认实施线路特殊增容是可行的,并提出特殊允许电流I1、I2的确定原则和验算方法,对多回实际运行线路展开特殊增容实例分析,确认在电网特殊情况下可实现架空送电线路安全增容运行。
The studies on raising line transmission capability are carried out in recent years, which is mainly in nomral operation condition. It is necessary to raise transmission capahihty in special operation mode such as in power grid mentenence and fault emergency condition. Based on study of raising line transmission capability in normal operation condition, the feasibihty of raising line transmission capability in special operation mode was carried out, which was validated by sag change calculation ofhne raising capability and comparison with the demand span. Moreover, the establishment principle and check computation method of allowable current I1 ,I2 in special operation were put forward. The examples on practical operating line were analyzed, which confirmed the realization of raising line transmission capability in special operation mode.
