摘要
结构共振是锅炉给水泵常见且危险的一种振动故障,该故障的有效诊断和处理是许多电厂的一个重要议题,也是工程技术领域研究的热点问题。通过传递函数的测试,并基于结构固有频率和响应特性的有效识别,对某锅炉给水泵非驱动端的振动故障进行诊断与处理。结果表明:传递函数不仅能为结构共振故障提供有效的诊断方法和解决手段,而且能定性、定量地预测相关处理措施的实际效果,从而保证了结构共振故障的检修质量和避免了设备的反复启停。
Structure resonance is a very frequent and dangerous fault in boiler feed water pump, and the fault diagnosis and treatment is an important subject that perplexes many power plants, it is also a focus in the field of engineering technique. By transfer functions test, and based on the effective detection of structure frequency and response characteristic, the vibration fault diagnosis and treatment of a boiler feed water pump non-driven end was done. The results show that the transfer functions not only provides an effective diagnosis method and solution approach to the fault of structure resonance, but also qualitatively and quantitatively predicts the actual effect of the related processing measures. Then, it can ensure the repair quality and avoid start-up and shut-down times of the equipment.
