摘要
介绍了直流高压发生器,装置基于开关电源技术,采用单片机控制,输出电压为0~200kV连续可调,输出电流最大达5mA。给出了装置的设计方案,介绍了设计中的关键问题,包括功率电路部分、高频变压器的制作、控制电路以及输出电流的测量等。功率部分采用全桥逆变和倍压整流技术;控制电路采用单片机和CPLD配合工作的策略,通过PID算法控制输出电压。装置有2个电流测量通道,分别用于试验回路高压侧和低压侧的测量,高压端测量数据通过光纤送往控制箱,读数方便。装置采用数字控制技术,可以实现现场数据记录、自动判断等智能化功能,便于现场使用。装置已成功应用于现场试验。
An intelligent DC high voltage generator, which uses the technology of switching power supply, was introduced. The device is controlled by MCU (Micro-programmed Control Unit). The output voltage of the device can be adjusted between 0 and 200 kV. On the same time, the largest current output is up to 5 mA. The whole designing project was introduced and some key problems were described in details. The key problems are the designing of power circuit section, the control circuit, and the measurement of output current. The power section is based on the technology of high frequency inverter and voltage multiplier circuit. The control circuit is combined by MCU and CPLD. PID algorithm is used to adjust output voltage. There are two current measurement channels in the device. The one of the channels is used to measure the output current at high voltage terminal. The other channel is used in low voltage terminal. The device is reliable and can be used in industrial fields conveniently.
