摘要
目的为进一步开发利用杨梅(Myrica ruba(Lour.)Sieb.et Zucc.)的化学成分提供依据。方法采用硅胶吸附,羟丙基葡聚糖凝胶LH-20柱色谱等分离手段对杨梅树皮的化学成分进行分离,利用理化性质及NMR、MS等波谱技术对分得的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为丁香酸(syringic acid,1)、正丁基-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside,2)、水杨酸(salicylic acid,3)、白蔹素(ampelopsin,4)、没食子酸(gallic acid,5)、杨梅素(myricetin,6)、杨梅苷(myricitrin,7)、儿茶素没食子酸酯((-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate,8)。结论化合物14为首次从杨梅属植物中分离得到。
Objective To isolate the constituents of the bark of Myrica ruba(Lour.)Sieb.et Zucc.and identify their structures.Methods Solvent extraction and column chromatography were used to isolate chemical constituents.Spectroscopic analysis(NMR、MS)were employed for structural identification.Results Eight compounds were identified as syringic acid(1),n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside(2),salicylic acid(3),ampelopsin(4),gallic acid(5),myricetin(6),myricitrin(7),(-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate(8),respectively.Conclusions Compounds 14 are first isolated from Myrica ruba(Lour.)Sieb.et Zucc.
