制造业员工的薪酬满意度实证研究 被引量:13

摘要 本文以制造业员工为研究对象,探讨公平性与薪酬满意感及离职等问题。研究结果表明薪酬分配结果的公平性对员工的4类薪酬满意感有不同程度的影响;要激发员工的积极性,提高员工忠诚度和归属感,则必须在提高员工薪酬和福利水平的同时,合理设计薪酬等级,建立基于绩效和能力的提薪政策和秩序。
