摘要
酱作为佐餐食品和美味调料在中华民族的餐桌上具有重要的地位。中国的各个民族由于居住地区的社会生态环境和经济生活方式的不同,形成了风格各异的酱食图景。文章主要从瑶族的社会生态环境和经济生活方式的角度来展示瑶族酱文化的全貌。对于这一山地民族饮食生活的研究,将有利于各族人民更好的增进相互的了解和学习。
Sauce has an important place as a food be eaten together with rice or a delicious condiment on the table in the Chinese nation. China due to the various national living in the social life and eco- nomic environment of the different lifestyle, form a different style sauce picture. This paper mainly base on the Yao minority social life environment and economic lifestyle to revert the prospect of Yao minority sauces culture. The study on the aboriginal people's diet will be beneficial to the people of all ethnic groups to better enhance mutual understanding and learn from each other.
