主要介绍ISO14001环境管理体系在发酵调味品中的实施要点,重点是找出环境因素,试图为发酵调味品寻求一条可持续发展(清洁生产)的途径。
The keys of the application of ISO14001 environmental management system on the fermented flavoring are chiefly introduced.The focus is to identify the environmental factors,and to attempt to find a method of sustainable development(clean production) of fermented condiment.
