摘要
通过建立"行政总值班质量查房制度",对原流程优化后,强化了行政总值班到临床第一线进行沟通、了解分管条线的质量状况的作用;对于临床医务人员的行为能够起到及时纠正偏差、保证医疗质量的作用;使得医院在过程管理中实现了真正意义上的无缝隙管理。
Through the estabishment of "Chief on duty QUality Ward Round System" and process Optimization, first y, the effect of chief's communication and understand ngof the quality of sub-branch management at the clinical frontline is strengthened; secondly, the mistakes of clinical Staffs are rectified in time and the medicat care quality is ensured last but not least, seam ess management can come true in real sense in hospital process management
