摘要
目的通过对上海市某市级医院行政管理组织诊断分析,评价该医院行政管理的组织构架和岗位职责现状及特征,了解组织诊断方法的应用方式。方法选取上海某三级甲等综合性医院,对行政管理人员采用问卷调查法、主管人员分析法及访谈法等,收集分析有关组织结构、行为评价、工作满意度、工作期望等信息和数据。结果管理人员努力做好工作的意愿比较强烈,工作行为还是比较积极的,在管理工作中整体上较少产生生理退行行为,整体上缺乏比较强烈的进步期望,管理上存在一些不足。结论该医院应就某些管理的组织构架、管理流程、分工及责权予以调整,以有利于管理工作的顺畅高效实施。
Objective Through the comprehensive investigation on the management position in a tertiary hospital in Shanghai, this research is to evaluate the organizational management structure, the responsibilities of the positions, and their related characteristics of the hospital, and to establish a useful method and work flow for an organizational diagnosis in hospitals. Methods A third-level and first-class comprehensive hospital in Shanghai was selected as an investigated hospital throguh collecting and analyzing the data about the organizational structure, the behavior, work satisfaction, work expectation and others, the questionnaires, the supervisors' analysis, interview, and the existing data. Results The willingness of the management staff to make efforts to do work better was relatively strong and their working behaviors were quite positive. On the whole, comparatively few persons working in the management departments had the regressive behaviors in the management and the management staff of hospital, and lacked high progressive expectations. Currently, the management structure of hospital had some significant problems that need to be solved. Conclusion The organizational structure, management flow, work responsibilities and authorities of hospital should be modified in order to implement management effectively.
