顾客满意理论及其发展趋势研究综述 被引量:7

摘要 本文回顾和总结了20世纪60年代以来国内外学者对顾客满意的关键性研究成果,在此基础上重点讨论了21世纪满意理论的发展趋势,为了解顾客满意的有关理论和实证结论,进一步研究我国顾客满意提供了借鉴。
