摘要
围绕TIG熔修技术提高船体钢焊接接头抗爆性能问题进行了比较全面的试验研究,结果表明,经熔修处理后的441MPa和588MPa级船体钢焊接接头与未熔修相比,其爆炸冲击抗力均有不同程度的改善,其中,尤以441MPa级船体钢接头效果最为显著。这对提高舰船生命力和可靠性具有重要的实际意义。
Experimental study around boosting anti-explosion capacity of welded joint of ship plate by TIG dressing has been conducted in a relatively comprehensive way in this paper. It is shown that as compared with no TIG dressing, explosion impact resistance of all TIG dressed welded joints of σ s=441MPa and σ s=588MPa ship plate have been improved at varying degrees. TIG dressed welded joint of σ s=441MPa steel has the best result particularly. This will be valuable to improve vitality and firmness of vessel.
