论发展现代林业与建设生态文明

The Development of Modern Forestry and Construction of Ecological Civilization

回顾了全球生态文明的发展历程，《寂静的春天》《增长的极限》《我们共同的未来》三本著作和人类环境大会、环境与发展大会、可持续发展世界首脑会议三个会议具有划时代意义。从两种理论视角和两种文明维度，阐述了生态文明的内涵、认识差异及基本共识。对于中国而言。建设生态文明需要大力发展现代林业。林业在维护生态平衡、发展低碳经济、繁荣生态文化、促进文明进步、在应对气候变化中肩负着重要而特殊的任务与使命。指出了我国林业发展与建设生态文明存在很大差距，推进现代林业发展需要在思想观念、宏观战略及政策保障等方面取得突破。

The paper reviewed the development process, difference in understanding and basic consensus of the global ecological civilization. ＂Silent Spring＂, ＂The Limits to Growth＂, ＂Our Common Future＂ three books and the Human Environment Conference, Environment and Development Conference, World Summit on Sustainable Development three conferences had epoch-making significance. The paper expounded the basic connotation of ecological civilization from each theoretical perspective and two civilization involved. For China, construction of ecological civilization needs vigorous development of modem forestry. Forestry take an important and unique tasks and missions in maintaining ecological balance, developing low-carbon, prospering ecological culture, promoting civilization progress, responding to climate change. This paper also pointed out that there exist a gap between China＇s forestry developments and ecological civilization construction, and put forward countermeasures to promote the development of modem forestry.
