关帝山森林生态系统服务计量评价研究

Evaluates the Value of the Forest Ecosystem Service in Guandishan

通过对关帝山森林生态系统的各项服务功能的计量评价，结果表明：森林各项可评价服务功能价值总值为18．534亿元，其中直接经济价值，占总价值的1．7％，间接经济价值占总价值的98.3％，间接经济价值中，水源涵养、水土保持、固碳释氧和净化空气价值，分别占总价值的6．6％、69．9％、6．6％、15．2％。

As one of the collective forest zones managed by Shanxi provincial governments, Guandishan forest zone plays an important role in the regional sustainable development. It has an area of 422.9 thousands hectares, it takes up 2.7 percent of the provincial area, the forest coverage is about 56.66 percent. On the basis of the misun- derstanding about the value of forest resources, this paper evaluates the value of the forest ecosystem service in guandishan, it makes the people understand that the more important value of the forest is the invisible service and ecological value , and not the visible goods. The result shows ：（1） the total value of the service is about 18.534 bil- lions ,and the direct economic value is about 0.314 billions, and the indirect economic value is about 18.22 bil- lions ,the indirect value is more than the direct value; （2） the direct economic value includes woods production and the tourism income;（3） the indirect economic value includes water fixation, soil and water conservation ,and carbon dioxide fixation and oxygen output and the air purification, which is about 1.22,12.96,1.21.2.83 billions yuan individually. The different value ranks as follows： soil and water conservation〉 air purification〉 water fixation〉 carbon dioxide fixation and oxygen output. The research can be a great help of the forest exploitation, and it can offer strategy base and theorical support.
