摘要
目的在前期研究的基础上,进一步研究阔苞菊Plucheaindica的化学成分。方法利用各种柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为multiflorenol(12)、8-羟基-1(10)-缬草烯-11-O-葡萄糖苷(13)、3′,4′,5,7-四羟基黄酮-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(14)、4′,5,7-三羟基黄酮-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(15)、3′,4′,5,7-四羟基黄酮-3-O-β-D-吡喃甘露糖苷(16)、(+)-表松脂醇(17)、松脂素(18)、党参苷Ⅱ(19)、4-烯丙基-2-甲氧基-6-羟基苯基葡萄糖苷(20)、咖啡酸(21)、3,4-二羟基-5-甲氧基苯甲醛(22)、5′-环-磷酸尿苷(23)。结论除化合物19外,其余化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Pluchea indica. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatography on silica, Sephadex LH-20 gel, and HPLC and structurally identified by spectral analysis. Results Twelve compounds were identified as multiflorenol (12), valenc-l(10)-ene-8-hydroxy-11-O-glucoside (13), 3', 4',5, 7-tetrahydroxy-flavone-3-O-β-D- glucoside (14), 4', 5, 7-trihydroxyflavone-3-O-β-D-glucoside (15), 3', 4', 5, 7-tetrahydroxy-flavone-3-O-β-D-mannopyranoside (16), (+)-epipinoresinol (17), pinoresinol (18), tangshenoside Ⅱ (19), 4-allyl-2- methoxy-6-hydroxyphenylglucoside (20), caffeic acid (21), 3, 4-dihydroxy-5-methoxybenzaldehyde (22), and uridine 5'-monophosphate (23). Conclusion All of them are isolated from P. indica for the first time except compound 19.
