A Search Algorithm for Fast Motion Estimation in accordance with Video Phone

摘要 本文提出了一种适用于可视电话视频特性的快速运动估计算法。针对可视电话低码率的要求和头肩序列小运动的特性设计了一种计算量更小的块匹配方案。经过实验证明,这种算法可获得接近于全搜索算法的图像质量和信噪比。 A new algorithm is proposed in this paper to perform fast block motion estimation in accordance with Video Phone.Aim at the need of low bit-rate,we have deviced a new algorithom of block matching in less computation considering the little motion of the head-shoulder sequences.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm provides similar image quality and PSNR in comparition with full search algorithm.
