维生素E对潜水员空气模拟潜水后循环血小板变化的影响

摘要 本工作以16名男性潜水人员为对象,观察口服维生素E对干舱空气模拟潜水后潜水者循环血小板变化的影响。按双盲法给实验组人员每日口服维生素E 400mg,对照组口服外形与维生素E胶囊相同的赋形剂;1周后,在相同条件下进行30米干舱空气模拟潜水。结果为:对照组的循环血小板明显减少;血小板粘附率升高;扩大型和聚集型血小板和血小板聚集数显著增高。实验组则循环血小板数减少不明显;血小板粘附率无明显变化;扩大型和聚集型血小板数差异无显著性。结果表明,维生素E有减轻或阻断减压后体内气泡的某些继发性生物效应,因此对潜水减压病可有一定预防作用。 Sixteen divers were randomly divided into test and control groups. The divers in the test group took vitamin E (400mg/d) each and the divers in the control group took excipient for seven days. They conducted 30 metres air simulated diving. We observed that the number of circulating platelet in the control group is significantly lower. The rate of adhesion of the platelet, the number of the platelets of agglutination type and enlargement type and the number of agglutination platelet are all obviously increased. The experimental indexes in the test group do not change significantly. The results show that vitamin E has the protective effect on man decompression sickness.
