Test for Toichiometric Displacement Theory for Absorption with Little Molecular

依据液相色谱中溶质的计量置换保留理论,通过苯甲醇、苯乙醇、苯丙醇和苯丁醇四种小分子在反相色谱中的保留实验数据对计量置换保留理论进行了验证,实验数据与理论方程符合较好,用计量置换保留理论来表示溶质保留参数间的定量关系有很好的线性关系,且线性相关系数均大于0.9892,使计量置换保留理论在反相高效液相色谱中得到较好的验证。

The stoichiometric displacement theory for absorption（SRT-R） in reversed liquid chromatography was tested by benzomethonol,benzoethanol,benzopropanol and benzobutanol.The experiment data was in accord with the theory equation.It had good linear correlation for quantificational connection using SRT-R,and the linear correlation coefficient was both greater than 0.989 2.The SRT-R in reversed chromatography was well tested.
