摘要
以碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极为工作电极,研究了碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极和玻碳电极上1-萘酚的电化学行为,建立了计时电流法测定1-萘酚的电化学分析新方法。对测定条件进行了详细的研究,在最佳实验条件下,响应电流与1-萘酚的浓度在1.0×10-6~3.0×10-3 mol·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为4.0×10-7 mol·L-1。
A simple and highly sensitive amperometric method for the determination of 1-naphthol has been developed at a glassy carbon electrode modified with multiwall carbon nanotubes(MWNT).The electrochemical behaviors of 1-naphtol at a bare glass carbon electrode and a MWNT modified glass carbon electrode were investigated and the determined conditions were optimized in details.Under the optimized conditions,the oxidation currents on a MWNT-modified glassy carbon electrode at a applied potential of 0.30 V is linear over a range from 1.0×10-6~3.0×10-3 mol·L-1 1-naphthol with the detection limit of 4.0×10-7 mol·L-1 1 -naphthol.
