氧化应激与糖尿病肾病 被引量：5

摘要 根据国外的数据，20％～40％的糖尿病患者并发糖尿病肾病（DN）。糖尿病患者长期高血糖将导致肾素-血管紧张素系统（RAs）和蛋白激酶C（PKC）的激活、晚期糖基化终产物（AGEs）生成增多、氧化应激产物增多、血管炎症发生、生长因子及细胞因子表达增多，这些变化都可能是DN发病和进展的重要原因。其中，
