Study on the Factors to Establish a Price System of Urban Transit

城市公共交通是社会公益事业,公交票价的制定涉及到千家万户的切身利益。本文从公交的属性分析入手,分析研究了制定公交票价时应当考虑的政策、居民收入、公交企业经营成本和政府补贴等因素,指出了制定公交票价应遵循的原则。

The urban transit is a social commonweal business, and the establishment of price system of urban transit relates to the benefits of public. The thesis sets about the analysis of transit＇s attributes, then analyses the factors of price system that should be considered such as policy, income of inhabitants, operation costs of transit enterprises and government subsidy, and so on. Finally, the paper points out the principles that should be followed to form the price system of transit.
