Study on the Adaptability of One-Way Traffic Framework in the Commercial Block in Changsha

城市单向交通作为缓解城市交通拥堵问题的有效途径,在各大城市得到了广泛的应用,但是商业街区单行线的设置也产生了诸多负面影响.在分析城市商业街区交通组织中存在的主要问题的基础上,运用模糊综合评价法,对长沙市商业街区单向交通组织的商业适应性进行评价.认为城市交通管理部门应该从全局把握,慎重考虑单行线设置的必要性和可行性,使单行线设置的正面效应高于负面影响.对于商业利益的主体来说,应积极主动采取一定的措施来降低单行线的负面影响,适应商业新格局.

The one-way traffic is an efficient approach for relieving urban traffic congestion, and has been widely applied in many cities. But the one-way traffic settings in the commercial block also make a great negative impact. The main problems of the traffic organization in modern urban business district was analyzed. It employs fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods to evaluate the adaptability of one-way traffic framework in the commercial block in Changsha. Results show that the urban traffic administrative department should be carefully review the ne- cessity and feasibility of setting one way street from the global perspective, and produce positive influence above negative. The merchants should take a certain measure to reduce the adverse effect of setting one way street, adapt to the pattern of business with the change.
