检察院检察活动规律初探

检察院的检察活动规律同样也是内在,是可以被发现的,而且只有把握住了检察活动规律,才能更好地发挥检察职能,促进司法公正,社会和谐。检察机关的活动规律与检察机关的属性密切相连,是由检察权的内容所决定的。包括三方面的规律:司法规律、诉讼规律、监督规律。必须充分理解和把握检察活动的本质要求,使各项检察活动遵循规律,更好地指导检察活动实践,推动我国社会主义法治国家的进程。

The regular pattern of prosecuting work is also a intrinsic and can-be-discovered one,furthermore, only if the regular pattern of prosecuting work was mastered can the inspecting function being performance well and promote the justice more fair,the society more harmonious.There is a close relationship between regular pattern and attribute of prosecuting organ,which is being determined by the content of inspecting authority.Three aspects of regular are involved：regular of justice,regular of litigation and regular of supervision. The essential requirement of inspecting work must be mastered and understood sufficiently in order to make every inspection activity obey the regular rather than violate it.It should also direct the practice of inspection activity better and promote the developing process of our social country ruled by law.
