摘要
针对热处理炉需要在线自整定控制和获得更高的稳态精度、更短的调节时间,以模糊控制算法和PID自整定算法为基础,设计了一种热处理炉新型控制器。通过对热处理炉模型分析确定了控制规则,同时对新型控制器与常规控制器在控制性能上进行了仿真研究。结果表明,新型控制器较常规控制器在调节时间上缩短了24 s,并且超调量和稳态误差均略有减小,能够更好地适应热处理炉对象参数的变化,从而为热处理炉的生产过程提供了更为有效的控制方法。
A new automatic adjustment controller of heat treatment furnace was designed based on fuzzy control and PID parameter self-turning in accordance with the requirements of on line self-adjustment control with higher steady accuracy and shorter adjusting time.By analyzing the heat treatment furnace model,the control rules were determined.Meanwhile,the simulation on the new automatic adjustment controller and conventional controller was made.The result indicates that the new controller only requires 24 seconds to adjust;it also has a slighter overshoot and less steady state errors;it's better in effectively controlling the temperature,which can provide more accurate technical support to rolling process in heat treatment furnace.
