液力振动采油油管脱落分析

An analysis of oil pipeline falling off for hydraulic vibration

摘要 液力振动采油技术是油田为提高中晚期产量而广泛采用的一项技术。根据流体的连续方程和动量方程,建立了流体脉动特征方程,并对方程进行了无量纲化处理,采用特征线法,得出了油管内流体脉动的分布情况。据此,对液力振动采油过程中油管脱落的现象进行了理论分析,提出了相应的改进措施,对油田采油作业有一定的借鉴价值。 Hydraulic vibration oil production technique is widely used for improving oil output during middle and late stage on oilfield.According to continuity equation and momentum equation,fluid pulse characteristic equation was establish,and non-dimensicnal was processed;by adopting characteristic equation,the distribution of pulsating flow in oil pipeline was acquired.According to this,the phenomenon of oil pipeline falling off are theoretically analyzed,and corresponding improvement measure put forward,which has referential value for oil producing operation.
