摘要
为解决铅酸蓄电池生产车间混凝土墙面和地面的防腐性问题,对铅酸蓄电池工作原理和工艺流程进行了分析,讨论了铅酸蓄电池生产中酸雾和不同浓度稀硫酸废水的腐蚀环境及其长期对钢筋混凝土腐蚀作用使建筑物承载能力下降问题。提出对混凝土墙面和地面采用YJ-氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料和YJ-低弹环氧树脂胶泥技术的防腐方法。防腐措施应用后,建筑物防腐效果较为理想。
In order to solve the corrosion problem of the concrete walls and the floors in lead-acid battery manufacturing plants,the working principle and process of lead-acid batteries are analyzed.Some problems of corrosive environment and decreasing the construction carrying ability because of acid fog and different chroma of dilutr sulphuric acid waste water are discussed.The new anti-corrosion measures of using anti-corrosion materials and techniques are proposed.After applying the anti-corrosion measures,the effect of construction anti-corrosion is reatively ideal.
