教师评学系统的设计

Design of a learning evaluation system by teachers

针对教学质量监控过程中缺少教师评价学生学习情况的问题,设计了教师评学软件系统。系统引入层次分析法的判断矩阵一致性检验和偏差自动修正方法来实现决策分析。使用自定义评价指标体系的软件系统能更好的实现评价过程的控制与管理,特别是在辅助决策制定上,给管理者提供了有效的数据参考。系统投入使用结果表明:软件系统关键功能齐备,辅助决策良好,可提高教学质量监管效力。

In view of the problems of being short of learning evaluation by teachers,a software system of learning evaluation by teachers was designed.The system introduced AHP to determine matrix consistency test and make use of an automated error correction method to achieve the decision-making analysis.By customizing the evaluation index,the system achieves the control and management of the learning evaluation processes,especially in the area of decision-making support,giving managers with an effective data reference.When the system is put into use,the results show that the software has the key functions and the good decision-making support,which can improves the quality of monitoring the effectiveness of teaching and learning.
