农户参与湿地旅游意愿的影响因素分析——以黑龙江省三江国家级自然保护区为例

Influence Factors on Farmers' Willingness to Participate in Wetland Tourism——A Case of Sanjiang National Nature Reserve

依据黑龙江省三江国家级自然保护区内11个村屯310户的问卷调查数据,采用Logistic模型对影响农户参与湿地旅游意愿的影响因子进行定量分析。结果表明,农户参与湿地旅游的意愿受内、外部综合因素影响,户主年龄、对旅游的认知程度、拥有投资资金的量、增加就业机会、提高当地收入、农户参与的可行性、旅游资源情况和当地政府态度是主要的影响因素。针对农户最关心的问题和主要影响因子,提出了考虑农户的经济利益、建立完善的社区参与管理模式、科学规划等促进农户参与湿地旅游措施。

Sanjiang National Nature Reserve, a state -owned natural wetland in China, was regarded as one of the most potential area for wetland tourism. Farmers＇ participation in wetland tourism was an increasingly important tool for accomplishing a cooperative development objective between wetland tourism and local economy. Since the success of farmers＇ participation in wetland tourism hinged on farmers＇ attitudes, it was important to know their motives for participating or not. Understanding factors influencing their participation in wetland tourism may be critical to wetland managers and decision makers. Based on data from a questionnaire and a random sample of 310 households in 11 villages of Sanjiang National Nature Reserve, a typical analysis was conducted to study factors influencing farmers＇ willingness to participate in wetland tourism by using Logistic models. It was concluded that age, farmers＇ perceived advantages, the farmers＇ capitals, the employment chance, the increasing earnings for local people, the feasible of farmer＇ participation, the quality of wetland resources and the government＇ attitudes towards wetland tourism were important influencing factors. Further, the rational and fea- sible measures based on the most important factors were proposed： considering the economic benefits of farmers, constructing a perfect management model of farmers＇ participation; lay outing scientific blueprint of wetland tourism.
