摘要
提供一种基于Petri网模型的自动化装配系统异步串行传送线效率研究仿真分析方法和相应软件,通过对3、4、5站点异步串行传送线的系统化仿真实验和结果回归分析,得出了单个站点效率和缓冲区容量与整个系统效率之间的关系、一些相关的系统设计和维修维护原则。
To study the availability of asynchronous serial transfer lines in present automatic assembly systems, this paper introduces an object-oriented computer simulation method based on a Petri net model as well as the relevant software.Through systematic simulation experiments and result regression analysis for three, four and five-workstation serial transfer lines, effects of individual workstation availability and buffer capacities upon the overall line availability, some relevant designs and maintenance criteria are deduced.
